A company's greatest resource is its manpower. However, that means that the company also needs to deal with various personalities and different characteristics. It is imperative, therefore, that the company develop a standardized set of policies and procedures. The company, thus, guides all employees through the only path which they wish their employees should follow.

Unfortunately, there are quite a number of small, family-owned and operated enterprises which find their businesses growing to a level where the mom-and-pop type of running the business is no longer effective. It is at this point that assistance in helping the employees level up as the company does.

This is something I realized after retiring from a company with global presence. It was in that company where I began my career in Human Resource Management. It is also where I learned best practices in Recruitment and Training, HR Generalist work and Employee Relations. This gave birth to Manpower Consulting Services (MCS) which aims to impart that knowledge, which I have gained from that experience, to these small companies. Guiding the owners/management team to reach a level of professionalism worthy of their current position in the industry. The aim is to make life easy for all parties involved!
